Exercising your Rights in terms of POPIA and PAIA

In compliance with regulation 4(1)(b) of the Regulations Regarding the Promotion of Access to Information Act R 187,

“(Note: The PAIA Manual of the Financial Services Board that was in effect at the date of commencement of the FSCA still applies in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act. Until the manual is amended, the reference to the FSB and FSB should be read as reference to FSCA and FSCA*)".
