Consumer Advisory Panel

The Consumer Advisory Panel (Panel) to serve as an advisory body to the FSCA. The Panel will provide ongoing advice and consumer-relevant perspectives to the FSCA in relation to its work as a market conduct regulator for the South African financial sector. It represents the interests of retail financial customers in South Africa. The Panel has a wide range and depth of expertise and comprises of 11 members. It will meet four times a year, providing inputs and feedback to the FSCA on a regular basis while submitting an annual report on its operations at the end of the FSCA financial year.

Lyndwill Clarke​

Lyndwill is the head of the FSCA's consumer education department. He is a member of the Advisory Board, the Technical Committee, and the various Working Groups of the OECD’s International Network on Financial Education (INFE), and a member of IOSCO’s Committee 8 on Retail Investor Education. He is the former Chairperson of the Consumer Financial Education Technical Committee of the Committee for Insurance, Securities and Non-banking Authorities (CISNA).​
